  • From Our Pastor

One of the purposes for Christians to be active members in a church is encouragement. It should be a goal of Kerr to be a positive encouraging place for people. An environment for encouragement is attained in an atmosphere of peace and unity. King David said, “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity.” (Psalm 133:1) We gather together and serve one another “for the edifying of the body of Christ.” (Ephesians 4:12) We are to build one another up, so we may have the encouragement to continue living for our Lord. With this in mind, let us choose positive attitudes, think the best of one another, speak kindly, and act with love.
